That's why we recently invested in an automatic carton boxing system that automates our End-of-line (EOL) processes. EOL is the final and crucial step in our production floor, where we ensure that every product reaches our customer in perfect condition.

Our new automatic carton boxing system is a state-of-the-art manufacturing solution that integrates advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and the Internet of Things (IoT). It helps us streamline our EOL processes and minimise errors such as wrong configuration or misplaced products. It also enhances our packing speed, as it can pack 5 cartons in 60 seconds, allowing us to redeploy some manpower to other areas of production.

Our new carton boxing system arrived in Singapore in early May 2023 after several months of preparation. Our engineering staff also learned a lot from interacting with the engineers from the machine vendor in setting up the new machine. Since we implemented this system, we have seen a significant boost in our overall productivity and we are now exploring more high-tech machinery for continuous improvement in production.
