Terms & Conditions: 

1. All entries submitted must be accompanied with an original single receipt with a minimum $10 purchase of products from participating Kleen-Pak brands. Entries with repeated receipts will be disqualified. 

2. Participating Brands: Kleen-up, Nufresh, Virox, Best Friends, Bello, Revv 

3. Scan the QR code or SMS Kleenpak <space> Name <space> Receipt Number to 90102322 to submit the entry.

4. Participants are to retain valid, original purchase receipt. Winners who are not able to furnish the original receipt upon prize collection and/or provided incorrect information in the entry will be disqualified. 

5. Purchase must be made within the period of 15 September – 15 December 2023 (both dates are inclusive)  

6. Applicable for purchases made in Cold Storage, FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Fairprice Online, Giant, Hao Mart, Sheng Siong, Shell and U-star. 

7. Closing date for all entries is on 18 December 2023. 

8. ​Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. All entries received after 18 Dec 2023, incomplete, inaccurate and/or illegible entries and receipts will be disqualified. 

9. ​The draw will be held on 20 December 2023 at Kleen-Pak Products Pte Ltd office. 

10. ​All winners will be notified by e-mail and all physical prizes must be collected from Kleen-Pak Products Pte Ltd, located at No. 2 Loyang Lane #04-03, Loyang Industrial Estate, Singapore 508913, by 31 January 2024.  ​

11. Prizes not collected within the stated collection time frame will be forfeited. ​

12. Participants must ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If the Organiser fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it may at its discretion elect to determine another winner in accordance with the Draw mechanism. 

13. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. 

14. ​Participants are entitled to submit multiple entries to increase chances of winning. However, eligible Participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) prize. 

15. The contest is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and immediate family members of Kleen-Pak Products Pte Ltd. ​

16. All prizes are subject to availability and in the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kleen-Pak Products Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. ​

17. Kleen-Pak Products Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained. 

18. By completing and submitting this contest entry, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate and complete, and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of managing, conducting and administering the promotion and/or draw, including but not limited to, selecting, notifying and publicizing the details and/or personal information of winners pursuant to the terms and conditions. This includes providing all necessary information to third parties to facilitate the conducting of promotion. We will not use/disclose your personal information other than for the above stated purposes and parties, unless we are otherwise required to do so by the law. For correction of your personal data or withdrawing your current provided for the above, you may write in your request to marketing@kleen-pak.com. Kleen-Pak Products Pte Ltd will not be liable for the use/disclosure of inaccurate or incomplete information due to your failure of the prompt update of any changes to your personal information.
