Virox Dental-Q Disinfecting Liquid (5 Litres)

1. Unscrew cap and transfer required amount into a spray bottle.

2. Spray from 15-20cm away. Ensure surface remains visibly wet for 1 minute for disinfection. For Tuberculocidal activity, ensure surface remains wet for 2 minutes.

3. Wipe over with clean cloth and allow to dry.

Our intended use of these products is to kill 99.99% of germs. It is designed for disinfection and cleaning of hard surfaces. Not for end-point sterilization. Our indications of use are for disinfection of non-invasive medical devices. These products are designed for disinfection of surfaces, such as metal, rubber and fabrics..

Shipping Option

• For orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), delivery will be made within the next 3 days.

• For orders placed after 1 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), delivery will be made within the next 4 days.

• Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. You will receive your goods within the following 3 days.

• Self-collection at our office is available on the next working day after the order is placed.

• Free delivery for any order worth of S$150 and above.

• Strictly no deliveries to Jurong Island, Changi Airport Terminals including Jewel and Changi Industrial areas, Army Camps and offshore islands such as Sentosa and Pulau Ubin.

Cancellation

· Applicable for product manufacturing defects (e.g., caps that cannot be closed, wipes drying up upon first opening while still unused)

· Applicable for damaged goods (e.g., damaged packaging, excluding outer carton box)

· Applicable for delivery of incorrect items

· Applicable for packing quantity errors (e.g., missing a packet from a carton)

Contact us at info@kleen-pak.com to request 1 for 1 Exchange if you face one or more conditions as stated above within 7 days upon receiving goods. State your order number, reason for exchange, clear photo of item for intended exchange and contact number. For product exchanges, we will contact you to arrange a date and time for the 1-for-1 exchange.

Refund

Applicable only for product manufacturing defects. (e.g., caps that cannot be closed, wipes drying up upon first opening while still unused). Do note that the refund amount does not include bank payment fee. Please contact us at info@kleen-pak.com to report defects within 7 days upon receiving goods. State your order number, reason for refund, clear photo of item and contact number. Please return goods to No. 2 Loyang Lane #04-03 Loyang Industrial Estate Singapore 508913 and attention to E-Commerce Team. We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be processed via Paypal or bank transfer. Kleen-Pak retains the sole discretion for final decisions.
