xKleen-Up Household Cleaning & Disinfecting Wipes offers a convenient way to clean and disinfect your household surfaces quickly without soap and water. Great for use on all hard and non-porous surfaces throughout the home, in the kitchen, bathroom or anywhere germs can gather. Each disinfecting moist wipe is soft, thick and strong to remove tough grime and grease from surfaces. Boosted with anti-bacterial formulation, they are clinically tested to kill germs while leaving all surfaces hygienically clean.
The disinfecting formula has been clinically tested in accordance with ASTM*: E2149-01 to yield effectiveness of 99.9% contact inhibition against common household bacteria**.

**Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enter obacter aerogenes, Salmonella enteriditis, Klebsiella pneumoniae.
Ingredients
xContain amongst other ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride (0.16%), Isopropyl Alcohol (2.0%), Ethanol (3.0%), Surfactant, Fragrance and Preservatives.
How to Use
xPeel back label slowly; pull out wipes as needed and reseal label; unfold and use wipes to clean & polish surface to a shine; allow air to dry.
Precautions
For external use only; avoid contact with eyes; discontinue use immediately if rash or irritation appears; keep out of reach of children except under adult supervision; do not flush down toilet; do not use with other cleaning agent; not recommended on porous surfaces such as unpainted wood, unglazed tiles or glass; not for personal use.

• For orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), delivery will be made within the next 3 days.
• For orders placed after 1 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), delivery will be made within the next 4 days.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. You will receive your goods within the following 3 days.
• Self-collection at our office is available on the next working day after the order is placed.
• Free delivery for any order worth of S$250 and above.
• Strictly no deliveries to Jurong Island, Changi Airport Terminals including Jewel and Changi Industrial areas, Army Camps and offshore islands such as Sentosa and Pulau Ubin.

· Applicable for product manufacturing defects (e.g., caps that cannot be closed, wipes drying up upon first opening while still unused)
· Applicable for damaged goods (e.g., damaged packaging, excluding outer carton box)
· Applicable for delivery of incorrect items
· Applicable for packing quantity errors (e.g., missing a packet from a carton)
Contact us at info@kleen-pak.com to request 1 for 1 Exchange if you face one or more conditions as stated above within 7 days upon receiving goods. State your order number, reason for exchange, clear photo of item for intended exchange and contact number. For product exchanges, we will contact you to arrange a date and time for the 1-for-1 exchange.
Refund
Applicable only for product manufacturing defects. (e.g., caps that cannot be closed, wipes drying up upon first opening while still unused). Do note that the refund amount does not include bank payment fee. Please contact us at info@kleen-pak.com to report defects within 7 days upon receiving goods. State your order number, reason for refund, clear photo of item and contact number. Please return goods to No. 2 Loyang Lane #04-03 Loyang Industrial Estate Singapore 508913 and attention to E-Commerce Team. We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be processed via Paypal or bank transfer. Kleen-Pak retains the sole discretion for final decisions.
